Job Description
We are actively interviewing for the following job. If interested please apply now.
About the Role
We are a public health and professional services organization launching a brand-new strategic function. Currently, much of our client work consists of highly customized, bespoke engagements. We are bringing on a leader to identify, package, and scale these services into repeatable, market-ready products that combine software and professional services.
You will build this function from the ground up. You will operate initially as a highly strategic individual contributor working across all divisions, with the goal of building a dedicated team of two to three people within your first six months.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate existing public health, Medicaid, and workforce management engagements to identify candidates for scalable productization.
- Lead the product innovation lifecycle from concept definition and business case development to go-to-market readiness.
- Define total addressable market (TAM), value propositions, target buyers, and differentiation for new hybrid software/service offerings.
- Pitch strategic roadmaps, prototypes, and investment proposals directly to the CEO, executive leadership team, and the board of directors.
- Partner seamlessly across matrixed technology, population health, and marketing divisions to ensure delivery teams can consistently execute approved concepts.
- Monitor offering performance, including adoption, delivery economics, and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to fundamentally transform current public health operations.
What You Bring
- 10\+ years of professional experience in product management, offering development, practice leadership, or solution packaging.
- Proven experience building and scaling an offering management or product function from scratch, rather than just operating within an existing one.
- Direct experience developing and managing products that explicitly combine both technology/software and professional services.
- Background in public health, Medicaid, commercial payer spaces, or health consulting. Candidates from large healthcare professional services organizations or relevant startups are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Track record of building financial models, developing business cases, and successfully pricing repeatable services.
- Willingness to travel one to two times a month for client meetings, conferences, and internal collaboration sessions.
Work Eligibility \& Requirements
- Must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- All work must be performed within the continental U.S.
- Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time.
- Must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace free from distractions.
