Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Site Leader

Department: Operations

Reports to: Operations Manager (PM)

Location: On-site (Locations vary based on project requirements)

Employment Type: Fixed Term / Project-based

Purpose of the Position:

To be the Focal Point of Project Operation and lead all Teams and operational activities, ensuring adherence to the Work Plan and compliance with Goals, Policies, Rules, and Internal Regulations. Scope Coordinate the entire Management Team, set priorities, monitor deadlines, meet targets, manage changes, and formalize all relevant actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with the project's implementation strategy
  • Distribute weekly tasks to the Management Team
  • Ensuring achievement of Daily Goals and meeting deadlines
  • Facilitate the activities assigned to the Management Team
  • Manage the need for new demands and use of human and material resources
  • Provide the necessary training relevant to the Management Team
  • Follow up on tests and commissioning
  • Consolidate all data from Planned vs. Accomplished
  • Prepare Reports and Action Plans for all KPIs and activities
  • Actively participate in all face-to-face Meetings in the Project
  • Fully comply with the Work Plan and Schedules
  • Make real-time decisions to optimize operational results
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities of the Management Team

Qualifications/ Ideal to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production or Maintenance Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Experience:  At least one year of experience in management, warehouses, or logistics.
  • Languages:
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction rate above 96%.

Work Environment:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift objects up to 25 kg.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the project. Flexibility to work at various times, potentially including weekends, and locations as dictated by the project needs.
  • Travel: Regular travel to project sites based on project requirements.
