Qualifications \& Skills:

Current dental hygienist license in IN, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, CPR certification, knowledge of dental procedures and electronic records. Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists with familiarity in digital tools and preventive care.
