Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Engineer based in San Francisco, CA. The Founding Engineer will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling the core ERP/MRP system. Responsibilities include developing software solutions, creating and optimizing knowledge graphs, integrating AI capabilities, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to drive product innovation. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the technological foundation and direction of the company.
Compensation
- Base: $180,000 - $240,000 with raise after next fundraising round (expected timeline: Jun - Aug of 2026)
- Performance-based bonuses at the next fundraising round
- 0\.25% - 1\.50% equity

Qualifications
- 2\+ years of software engineering skills at a U.S. based firm (preferably big tech, start-up, or ex-founder), including experience with backend and frontend development, system design, and scalability
- Familiarity with knowledge graphs, data modeling, and AI/ML techniques for enhanced decision-making and optimization
- Proficiency with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Start-up experience or interest in building scalable solutions from the ground up
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with industry experience (preferably U.S. or Canada based institution)
- Strong interest in the problem space and willingness to work long-term
- Interest in the start-up space and willingness to work on any aspect of the business
- Sponsorship to work in the U.S.
