Job Summary

We are seeking a

Junior Data Center Operations Engineer

to support the daily operations and monitoring of critical IT and facility systems within a high-availability data center environment. The role will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability, system uptime, and efficient facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in implementing operational strategies
• Participate in training and learning initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Assist in monitoring IT and facility systems for continuous uptime
• Perform routine checks and report anomalies to senior staff
• Provide input on cost-effective solutions during procurement and maintenance activities
• Track usage of spare parts, tools, and materials under supervision
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless facility performance
• Assist contractors and vendors under the guidance of senior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

Communication, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

• 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of

IT systems, networking, and facility operations

• Familiarity with

IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and monitoring tools

• Fluent in English
• Ability to monitor operational systems and identify anomalies
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
