Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction (Owner-Side \| VP-Level)

On-site - Greater Austin, TX area

We’ve been retained by a privately held developer on a \~$200M ground-up healthcare project moving into construction, with design complete.

This is a VP-level, owner-side role (Project Executive / Owner’s Rep) leading execution from day one - highly hands-on, field-based, and focused on driving the project through delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an owner-side leadership role while staying close to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead construction execution through completion
• Serve as the on-site owner’s representative
• Manage GC, schedule, budget, and risk
• Oversee bidding, procurement, and contracts

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading $100M\+ ground-up projects (healthcare/hospital preferred)
• Strong GC oversight and/or owner-side experience
• Experience with precast/tilt-up construction
• Ability to build and manage detailed schedules
• Procore/Microsoft Project experience a plus

This role requires daily on-site presence and is best suited for someone who enjoys being close to the work and driving execution.
