Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms
- Support business process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Operations, Sales)
- Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and documentation
- Support senior analysts in ongoing projects and client requirements
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Master’s degree in
Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of
SQL
,
Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data analysis concepts
- Understanding of business processes and requirement gathering
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
