2\. About the Opportunity:

The Senior - Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing data-driven decision-making by designing and developing intelligent dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and creating analytics workflows and datasets. This position impacts both internal teams and external customers by supporting business analytics, product development, process improvements, and automation. While not a direct supervisor, this role influences cross-functional teams and advises on best practices in data modeling and processes.

3\. Responsibilities:

  • Build intelligent dashboards to visualize key insights
  • Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency
  • Design and develop business intelligence and analytics workflows
  • Create datasets to support customer-facing solutions and product development
  • Enhance business analytics and process automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results
  • Coach teams on the effective use of models and data processes

4\. Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in business intelligence and analytics
  • Solid business acumen and ability to align data solutions with business needs
  • Experience with dashboard development and reporting automation
  • Ability to design and develop data workflows and datasets
  • Skills in cross-team collaboration and coaching on data processes
  • Passion for innovation through data and technology solutions

5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • $85,000 - $110,000 annually
  • Salary offers depend on skills, training, experience, education, and certifications
  • Eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation
