Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Technical Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead HAULa's technology strategies and oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of our platform. Responsibilities include driving software development, designing and implementing IT architecture, managing technology projects, and aligning IT strategy with business goals. The CTO will also lead product development efforts to enhance user experience and ensure reliable, efficient platform performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, especially in mobile app development, and a strong background in building scalable, high-performance applications
• Proven experience in Project Management, including leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time
• Expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Experience in Product Development, focusing on user-centric design and innovative solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the gig economy and logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Compensation

This is a technical co-founder position with an opportunity for acquiring equity over a 4-year vesting period with a 1-year cliff.
