Lebanon Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth, innovation, and service excellence. As the Credit Union’s top executive, the CEO will work in close partnership with the Board of Directors to advance the strategic vision, strengthen financial performance, uphold regulatory compliance, and deepen commitment to members and the community. This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative, values-based leader who understands cooperative finance and is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences while fostering an engaged, high-performing team.

Chief Executive Officer Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or equivalent experience, required; Ongoing professional education, preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive executive leadership, with demonstrated responsibility for strategic planning, organizational leadership, and financial oversight
• Experience within a credit union or financial institution, strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with technology, including familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making models and technology‑enabled service delivery methods
• Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
