ROLE: Staff Software Engineer (Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, Mentoring, Architecture Ownership)

We’re seeking a

Staff Back End Engineer

who can drive backend strategy, guide technical decisions, and elevate engineering standards across key product areas.

This is a senior engineering role - ideal for someone who wants ownership and architectural influence.

You’ll define technical vision, lead critical backend projects, and act as a trusted engineering voice in product and platform discussions - shaping everything from API design and system architecture to performance, resilience, and scalability.

Expert-level Java/ Kotlin/ Python/ Typescript engineering skills - clean, scalable, production-grade code

Strong experience building and designing APIs

(REST, GraphQL, or gRPC)

Hands-on architectural depth
