About the Role

As a Research Scientist, you will contribute directly to the development of novel AI/ML methodologies and their application in real-world systems. You will work closely with other researchers and engineers to design experiments, develop models, and translate research breakthroughs into scalable products.

The role sits within a highly technical environment where research rigor and practical impact are equally valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting research in

machine learning, deep learning, and/or foundation models

• Designing and running experiments to test new hypotheses and model architectures
• Developing and improving

state-of-the-art models

for

real-world applications

• Collaborating with engineers to

bring research into production systems

• Analysing large-scale datasets to derive insights and improve model performance
• Publishing internal and potentially external research where appropriate
• Staying current with the latest developments in AI/ML research

What We’re Looking For

• Strong academic or industry background in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience building or researching

deep learning models at scale

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Strong understanding of modern ML techniques (e.g. transformers, diffusion models, or large language models)
• Ability to

translate research ideas into practical implementations

• Experience working in fast-paced research or startup environments is highly desirable
