Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Analyst to join its team as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have strong PeopleSoft experience, a background in benefits administration, and excellent data analysis skills. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications while ensuring accurate reporting and system performance.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience working with PeopleSoft applications.

Experience supporting Benefits Administration or related HR/Benefits modules.

Solid data analysis skills, including reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a state government or public sector environment.

Knowledge of HR processes and benefits administration.

Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools and SQL is a plus.
