Core Responsibilities

• Data Extraction \& Transformation:

Extract, clean, and transform massive, unstructured datasets from various data warehouses using advanced analytical tools.

• Cross-Functional Partnership:

Collaborate directly with cross-functional business leaders to capture their data requirements and partner with them to build scalable, long-term data solutions.

• Actionable Insights \& Root Cause Analysis:

Deep-dive into metrics to identify emerging trends, underlying patterns, and root causes of business bottlenecks, translating data into clear, accessible business intelligence.

• Data Visualization:

Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and interactive visualizations to democratize data across corporate stakeholders.

• Agile Project Delivery:

Manage competing priorities and thrive in a high-visibility, fast-paced Agile environment, independently driving clarity out of ambiguous or unstructured business problems.

Role Requirements

Experience \& Industry Exposure

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of core experience

working within the retail, e-commerce, Gift cards or high-velocity quick commerce sectors.

Technical Skill Set

• Must-Have:

Advanced, hands-on working knowledge of

SQL

(query optimization, data extraction) and

Advanced Excel

(data modeling, macros).

• Good-to-Have / Preferred:

Proficiency in

Python

(for data manipulation),

VBA

, or

Google BigQuery

.
