: Senior Business Systems Analyst II – SAP S/4HANA \& SuccessFactors

Key Requirements:

• 8\+ years of

SAP SuccessFactors

experience

• Strong

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

expertise

• Hands-on

implementation \+ post-go-live/hypercare support

• Experience with

SAP S/4HANA \+ SuccessFactors integration

• Strong HRIS/HCM business analysis experience
• Experience with

Payroll, Time Management \& third-party payroll integrations

• SuccessFactors modules:

Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance \& Goals, Learning, Succession

• Experience with

SAP Integration Suite, APIs, XML

• Strong

HR reporting, dashboards \& data integrity

• Experience with

UAT, requirements gathering, process mapping, testing \& deployment

• Knowledge of

SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, SOX, security \& role-based access

• Experience with

global HR deployments / multi-country configurations

• Programming:

SQL/PLSQL, XML, Expression Language

• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred/required
• Bachelor’s degree required

Primary Focus:

Lead SuccessFactors implementation and ongoing support, integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, manage HRIS processes/data/reporting, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors.
