The Entity

InjuryRX is the pharmacy consists of participating pharmacies within the Injury Bridge platform. Today, the team manages pharmacy billing and coordination across multiple pharmacy partners. The work is complex — pharmacy reporting cycles, invoice accuracy, and partner SLA management require tight process discipline and strong relationship management.

Within the next six months, InjuryRX will accelerate its development requiring significant operational and compliance work. The Operation Manager will be hired into a central role to design, stand up and run the evolving operation alongside the existing founding team.

The Role

You will run the current InjuryRX billing and coordination operation while simultaneously building the operational infrastructure. These two workstreams will overlap — this role requires someone who can hold both without losing either.

Key Responsibilities

Current operations — billing and pharmacy coordination

  • Own daily billing throughput, invoice accuracy, and SLA compliance across four pharmacy partners
  • Maintain quality standards — invoice error rate, pharmacy reporting timeliness, and reconciliation accuracy are the core metrics of this role today.
  • Ensure compliance in operation in the context of an MSO.
  • Submit a weekly operational report covering billing throughput, partner SLA status, and quality indicators.
  • Manage the billing team’s performance, scheduling, and capacity against daily and monthly production targets.

Pharmacy operations

  • Partner with the founders and relevant stakeholders to constantly improve the operational model in a growing context — workflows, staffing, dispensing processes, and compliance protocols.
  • Manage the licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements associated with operating a dispensing pharmacy.
  • Build the necessary SOPs, sometime from the ground up
  • Hire and onboard the pharmacy-specific staff.

Team and performance management

  • Develop your billing team leads and build leadership depth within the entity.
  • Manage staffing forecasts and capacity planning across both the billing and pharmacy functions.
  • Address performance issues directly and promptly.

Senior leadership

  • Ensure the right representation and connection for InjuryRX within Injury Bridge platform
  • Coordinate with Injury Bridge platform on relevant topic
  • Implement and adapt InjuryRX strategic orientations while keeping in the loop the founding team
  • Monitor, improve and report on expansion strategy and entity performance with a 360 view

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, with accountability for process quality and team performance.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medical billing, or healthcare administrative workflows. This is not a generalist operations role.
  • Experience managing a team through a significant operational change or buildout.
  • Comfort working in a compliance-sensitive environment — you understand why the rules exist and you build operations that follow them.
  • High attention to detail and a bias for documented processes over informal workarounds.

Preferred

  • Experience managing pharmacy operation, including familiarity with licensing requirements.
  • Background in personal injury healthcare, insurance billing, or a medical administrative environment.
  • Experience standing up a new operational function or entity from scratch.
  • Prior exposure to founder-led or high-growth businesses.

Compensation

Base salary:

$75,000 – $95,000, commensurate with experience.

This role includes a performance bonus with up to 20% of annual base salary available at target.
