What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coach and lead an agile team within a scaled agile framework
- Facilitate planning and execution of work during Program Increments through sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos
- Track and remove impediments to improve the agile team's efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts for backlog refinement
- Manage product releases and dependencies between teams and stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Secret security clearance or US citizen with the ability to pass IT-1 background investigation upon hire
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5\+ years of experience coaching SAFe implementations
- Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master
- Strong Agile background with a minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Active Secret security clearance
- Prior experience supporting USTRANSCOM
- Advanced SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or other Scaled Agile Certification
- Federal business experience
- Ability to contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
