Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Welder position located in Hattiesburg, MS. The Welder will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This includes preparing materials, operating welding equipment, and inspecting welds to meet safety and quality standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and equipment and adhering to company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick Welding
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Experience in inspecting, maintaining, and operating welding equipment
• Strong understanding of safety standards and protocols in manufacturing environments
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
• Relevant welding certifications or technical training is a plus
