Role Description
We are seeking an Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Middletown, RI. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions. Responsibilities include conducting technical analysis, troubleshooting system workflows, and ensuring that software meets project requirements. You will also contribute to testing, documentation, and long-term maintenance of implemented systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in software development, debugging, and deployment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges
- Experience with system integration and performance optimization
- Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, and documentation
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work on-site in Middletown, RI
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in government or defense systems is a plus
- Relevant certifications like Agile or Systems Engineering certification are advantageous
