AM - Finance (Business Analysis)

Financial Analysis \& Reporting

-Conduct quarterly variance analysis of results \& budgets for financial and technical performance.

-Prepare MIS Reports for senior management.

-Prepare presentations for board meetings and investor relations.

-Lead revenue \& capex budget preparation including budget presentation, cash flow forecasting and financial ratio analysis.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis.

-Analyse regulatory orders and change in regulation/law and summarize implications for the company.

Projection \& Financial Modelling

-Develop financial projections models.

-Build and maintain models for impairment testing.

Risk Management

-Review risk registers and prepare risk management committee presentation.

-Periodically review and enhance the risk management policy.

ESG \& Sustainability Reporting

-Tracking progress of ESG targets and implementation roadmap.

-Prepare Integrated reports, management discussion \& analysis (MDA), and business responsibility and sustainability reports (BRSR).

-Calculate GHG inventories and manage ESG- related data and disclosures.
