They are seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead a global engineering organization responsible for the technology powering a flagship customer-facing mobile application, cloud platform, connected devices, and next-generation AI-driven product experiences.

The Opportunity

As Director of Software Engineering, you'll lead the teams responsible for the mobile applications that sit at the center of the customer experience. You'll oversee the platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and connected product technologies that enable millions of interactions between customers and their devices every day.

Working closely with Product, Design, Data, and Executive Leadership, you'll help define the next generation of intelligent, connected experiences while scaling a high-performing engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery of a market-leading customer-facing mobile application and connected product ecosystem
• Lead and develop engineering teams spanning mobile, cloud, platform, IoT, data, and machine learning while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
• Drive the evolution of scalable, secure, and resilient systems that seamlessly connect mobile experiences, cloud services, and intelligent devices
• Partner with executive and product leadership to shape long-term technology strategy, AI-powered product capabilities, and future platform investments

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience leading large-scale software engineering organizations and developing engineering leaders
• Strong track record delivering customer-facing mobile applications and digital products at scale
• Expertise across cloud platforms, backend services, APIs, and modern software architectures
• Experience within connected products, IoT ecosystems, or technology-enabled consumer products
• Exposure to machine learning, AI-powered products, or intelligent customer experiences
