Job Description

About the Company

A\&C Future Inc is a trailblazer in designing cutting edge products that harmonize luxury, smart technology, and sustainability. We specialize in creating innovative living solutions, such as the AiTH – Ai Transformer House, and other series of mobile living spaces that seamlessly integrate eco-friendly features and modern technology.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the end-to-end engineering and technology roadmap for AC Future’s next generation AI-enabled living products, including the AiTH, Ai Transformer House, and future vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will have held senior engineering leadership roles in automotive or closely related industries, such as CTO, Chief Engineer, VP Engineering or equivalent, with direct ownership across mechanical, structural, electrical, software, electric drive and AI systems.

This leader will be responsible for taking products from concept to high volume production, building and scaling a global supply chain and contract manufacturing ecosystem, and creating a high performance, cross functional engineering organization that partners closely with design, operations and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

○     Define and execute the technological vision and strategy aligned with  AC Future’s vision for premium mobile living and AI powered experiences.

○     Translate long term business and product goals into a clear engineering roadmap, from advanced concepts through SOP and scaling.

Vehicle and Systems Engineering Leadership

○     Provide hands on leadership across all core engineering domains, including body and structure, chassis, thermal and HVAC, electrical and electronic architecture, software and controls, electric drive, energy systems, and AI enabled features.

○     Establish robust systems engineering, requirements management and validation processes that connect user experience, regulatory requirements and manufacturability.

Production Ramp Up and Industrialization

○     Lead the transition from prototype to series production, owning DFM, DFA and industrialization plans for all major systems.

○     Partner with global supply chain and contract manufacturing partners to define production processes, launch plans and ramp curves for new product lines.

○     Set and track KPIs for quality, yield, cycle time, cost, field performance and continuous improvement across programs.

Global Supply Chain and Partner Ecosystem

○     Build and manage a network of suppliers and contract manufacturers across North America, Asia and other key regions that can support AC Future’s growth and quality expectations.

○     Negotiate and manage technical work scopes with engineering houses, manufacturing partners and technology vendors, ensuring tight integration and accountability.

○     Build strategic alliances with technology partners, suppliers, and academic institutions to enhance R\&D capabilities, particularly in autonomous technologies.

Cross Functional Leadership

○     Lead a cross functional engineering organization that collaborates seamlessly with product, industrial design, manufacturing, operations, finance, sales and marketing.

○     Work closely with the CEO and executive team to balance innovation, cost, timing and risk across multiple vehicle and product programs.

Innovation, Autonomous and AI Technology

○     Drive R and D initiatives in electric vehicles, autonomous and assisted driving, connectivity and AI powered features that enhance safety, comfort and user experience in mobile living.

○     Evaluate and integrate relevant emerging technologies, tools and platforms into AC Future’s technology stack.

Regulatory, Compliance and Safety

○     Ensure all engineering and technology initiatives comply with applicable automotive, RV, housing and safety regulations in target markets.

○     Build a culture that treats safety and compliance as foundational to product design and execution.

People and Culture

○     Attract, develop and retain top tier engineering talent with a builder mindset and strong sense of ownership.

○     Create a culture of clarity, accountability and speed that fits an early stage, fast growing company while maintaining world class engineering standards.

●     Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize R\&D ROI.

●     Industry Engagement: Stay updated on automotive technology trends, particularly in autonomous driving, and advocate for best practices within the organization.

Full Product Lifecycle and Production Ramp

:

○     Proven track record taking complex vehicle or vehicle scale products from concept through design, validation, certification and into scaled series production.

○     Demonstrated success in ramping production with contract manufacturing partners and global suppliers, including resolving launch issues and achieving stable, repeatable output.

Cross Functional Leadership

:

○     At least 5 years of experience leading cross functional engineering teams that include hardware, software, systems engineering, test and validation, and manufacturing engineering.

○     Strong history of partnering with design, operations, supply chain, finance and commercial teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Technical Breadth and Depth

:

○     Strong foundation in vehicle systems engineering across body and structure, chassis, electrical and electronic architecture, embedded software, connectivity, electric drive and energy systems.

○     Familiarity with AI, machine learning and data platforms as applied to autonomous or assisted driving, predictive maintenance, smart home or connected vehicle experiences.

Global Supply Chain and Partner Management
