Supply Chain Operations Manager

A fast-growing logistics and distribution operation is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end warehouse and last-mile delivery operations. This role will lead day-to-day hub performance, manage teams, and ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, shipping, and scheduling
• Drive KPIs related to efficiency, accuracy, inventory control, and damage reduction
• Manage WMS systems and ensure real-time data accuracy
• Develop and enforce SOPs to maintain operational consistency
• Lead warehouse staff and field teams, including training and performance management
• Coordinate with field operations to support successful deliveries and installations
• Conduct site visits and post-installation audits to ensure quality standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Manage returns, claims, and operational reporting

Qualifications

• 5\+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
• Strong background in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams, processes, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience in last-mile delivery, installation operations, or builder environments is a plus
