About the Role

We’re looking for a

Salesforce Developer

to lead configuration, development, integrations, and ongoing platform optimization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and IT to design and deliver solutions that improve workflows, drive efficiency, and scale with the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain

custom Salesforce solutions

using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools

• Own platform functionality including configuration, user management, reports, dashboards, and system performance
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into

scalable technical solutions

• Develop and manage

integrations with internal and external systems

using APIs and web services

• Ensure strong

data integrity, security, and platform health

through audits and best practices

• Support users with troubleshooting, training, and adoption across the organization
• Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements and optimize workflows
• Follow Agile methodologies to manage enhancements, backlog, and release cycles
• Maintain clear documentation for system design and ongoing changes

What You Bring

✅ 7–10 years of Salesforce development, implementation, and integration experience

✅ Strong expertise in

Apex, LWC, flows, reporting, and platform configuration

✅ Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders

✅ Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions

✅ Strong understanding of

data governance, security, and system best practices

✅ Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment

with competing priorities

✅ Salesforce certifications preferred

✅ Able to go onsite 4 days/wk in St. Petersburg, FL
