Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer \& Videographer to join our growing team. This role will report directly to the COO/CXO, Durana Elmi, and play an integral part in shaping the brand’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will not only produce exceptional photography and video but will also travel with the brand and with the COO — to capture high-impact content at events, launches, and other activations. This individual will work cross-functionally with the Operations, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure Cymbiotika’s visual storytelling is world-class and cohesive across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

• Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, and wellness photography aligned with Cymbiotika’s brand identity.
• Manage shoots (studio \+ on-location), including lighting, composition, and creative direction.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure professional, elevated final assets.

Videography

• Film, produce, and edit engaging videos for social media, campaigns, advertising, and events.
• Capture compelling live event coverage at influencer activations, brand launches, and wellness experiences.
• Work closely with the COO and leadership team to document brand stories, partnerships, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Add motion graphics, sound, and music where needed to create polished final videos.

Content Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Creative, and Marketing teams to align visuals with brand campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate on storyboarding and creative planning to produce content that resonates with our audience.
• Maintain an organized archive of photo and video assets.
• Stay on top of content trends, social-first formats, and creative best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5\+ years of professional experience in photography \& videography.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photo and video.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Skilled with both studio and natural lighting techniques.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand storytelling.
• Willingness to travel frequently with the brand and COO for events, shoots, and activations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Passion for wellness, health, and lifestyle branding is a plus.
