Position Overview
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong background in kitchen, bath, and closet design. You’ll work directly with clients from concept through completion — developing layouts, selecting materials, creating 3D renderings, and ensuring each design aligns with both aesthetic and functional goals.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
Create detailed plans, elevations, and renderings for approval and production.
Specify cabinetry styles, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
Work with the production team to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to installation.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and innovations.
Assist with client presentations, showroom consultations, and site visits as needed.
Qualifications
2\+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen \& bath design, or related field.
Proficiency in 2020 Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, layouts, and installation requirements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Degree or certification in Interior Design or Kitchen \& Bath Design preferred (NKBA certification a plus).
Why Join Kabinet Krafters?
Competitive pay based on experience.
Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding local brand.
Collaborative environment focused on craftsmanship and design excellence.
Work with high-quality products and a supportive, family-oriented team.
