Job Description

About the role

The Technical Program Manager is a senior program leader responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-enabled deployment programs across a global datacenter security environment. This role supports large-scale initiatives from concept through pilot, rollout, adoption, and operational handoff, bringing structure to implementation planning, readiness, governance, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Working closely with senior business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders, this position translates strategy into clear deployment plans and helps ensure new technologies are delivered in a way that is scalable, supportable, and operationally sound. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective written communication, and the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups while driving solutioning, alignment, and commitment to agreed schedules.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will manage complex technology deployment programs across multiple regions, stakeholders, and workstreams. You will help define and execute the delivery model for implementation, including planning, pilot execution, readiness tracking, dependency management, risk identification, scaled rollout, adoption support, and transition to steady state operations. You will build and maintain deployment playbooks, project plans, governance routines, escalation paths, and status reporting that create consistency across a global footprint. You will partner with technical teams, operations leaders, analytics partners, procurement, vendors, and client stakeholders to drive work against agreed outcomes. You will shepherd multi-stakeholder projects by building alignment, facilitating solutioning, securing commitment to schedules, and ensuring project contributors understand decisions, dependencies, and next steps. You will ensure deployments have clear success criteria, business readiness checkpoints, support mechanisms, communication plans, and post-launch stabilization steps. You will surface risks early, support resolution with urgency, and provide clear visibility into progress, tradeoffs, decisions, and open dependencies. This role may guide project teams, vendors, or cross-functional contributors, but it is not expected to carry the same level of organizational ownership as a director-level role. The focus is on strong program execution, reliable stakeholder coordination, disciplined issue management, and helping build repeatable deployment capability that makes future implementations faster, cleaner, and more reliable.

What you need to apply

We are looking for a senior technical program professional with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, or a related field, along with 7\+ years of experience leading technical, operational, or enterprise deployment programs. Experience supporting large-scale implementations that involve cross-functional coordination, third-party vendors, technical integration, process redesign, and multi-region rollout complexity is required. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with operational judgment. You should know how to structure deployment programs, manage risks and dependencies, drive adoption, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences through clear written updates, executive-ready materials, and practical stakeholder communications. Experience with implementation governance, change management, systems integration, field deployment, and senior stakeholder review processes is strongly preferred. You should have demonstrated success influencing stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, improving delivery mechanisms, and bringing structure to ambiguous or complex technical programs. IT industry experience and global program experience are highly desired. Experience in security technology, Copilot agentic 365 integration, MS Fabric, datacenter environments, automation, or enterprise platform deployment is strongly preferred. This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 25% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role will also require flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed) to support global staffing issues, high-priority events, and off-hours incidents. All applicants to this role must have reliable means of communication, reliable means of transportation (public or private) to get to/from work, the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, and the ability to speak, read and

write in English proficiently.

What you’ll get

We’ve got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.

The extra stuff

This position requires—with or without reasonable accommodation—the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. This includes maintaining composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently without direct supervision; and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves regular use of a computer and keyboard, frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus, is required. The position may involve handling sensitive or confidential information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.
