Product Engineer (5\+ Years of Experience)

We are looking for a Product Engineer to build and scale AI-powered products that automate real-world healthcare workflows. This is a founding-team opportunity for engineers who enjoy working across the stack, talking to users, and shipping impactful products at high velocity.

You'll help design, build, and scale systems spanning product experiences, backend infrastructure, workflow automation, and AI-powered capabilities while playing a key role in shaping what gets built next.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems.
• Design and develop high-performance user-facing applications using modern web technologies.
• Architect scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Build and improve AI-powered workflows, automation systems, and agent-driven experiences.
• Work directly with users to understand pain points and translate them into product solutions.
• Develop real-time systems, integrations, and workflow orchestration capabilities.
• Improve platform reliability, security, multi-tenancy, and operational scalability.
• Contribute to product strategy, technical direction, and architecture decisions.

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 5\+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Possess strong TypeScript and backend engineering expertise.
• Have experience building full-stack applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Have strong experience with PostgreSQL and modern application architectures.
• Are comfortable working across product, engineering, and customer-facing discussions.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
• Demonstrate strong engineering judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Can independently take ideas from concept to production.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or workflow automation systems.
• Experience with real-time systems and WebSocket-based architectures.
• Startup or founding engineer experience.
• Exposure to healthcare, healthtech, or operational workflow platforms.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and integrations.
