Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will conduct discovery workshops, document as-is and to-be processes, and create functional specifications that guide development and configuration of enterprise solutions including ERP, CRM, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process-mapping sessions.
• Document as-is and to-be business processes using standard notations (BPMN, flowcharts).
• Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities.
• Support solution design sessions alongside solution architects and technical leads.
• Facilitate user-acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate defect triage.
• Create training materials and deliver end-user training during go-live.
• Maintain requirements traceability matrices and change-request logs.

Requirements

• 3\+ years of experience in business analysis within ERP, CRM, or enterprise IT projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN), and gap analysis.
• Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Miro, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
