Job Description
Role : AGM / DGM – Architecture-Site Resource
Role Objective:
The incumbent is responsible for supporting architectural designs and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables in accordance with project management requirements. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants to ensure that high-quality projects are delivered to customers within stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Quality of Design
- Partner with senior leadership to develop the product concept and prepare the design brief.
- Identify and recommend value additions in space planning and design to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Define project specifications and provide design-related inputs to support timely and informed decision-making.
Interdepartmental Communication
- Lead close coordination across all internal departments and external consultants engaged on the project.
- Review drawings and facilitate effective information flow between relevant teams.
- Maintain proactive communication and address issues in a timely and structured manner.
Project Management Deliverables (All Sites)
- Conduct design reviews, evaluate detailed design documents, and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Assess consultant performance to ensure compliance with Lodha quality standards and drive timely execution of all deliverables.
- Provide timely decisions on critical design and execution matters.
Site Execution
- Identify site conditions and assess their implications on design intent and execution.
- Inspect on-site execution and validate adherence to approved designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve on-site bottlenecks and enable smooth execution.
Process Implementation
- Foster a high-performance environment to maximize team effectiveness.
- Drive process mapping and implementation to improve governance, quality, and delivery predictability.
Skills:
Strong decision-making capability; effective communication; and ability to build professional relationships and collaborate across teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
Experience:
12–15 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Mixed-use development, Architecture \& Interior design
Software skills:
Excel, Word, AutoCAD , Microsoft ppt \& BIM Knowledge must
