Job Description
Team Leader - HRO
Must-Have**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll
processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,
Workday, or similar preferred)
- Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must
- US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure
- Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM,
Europe, UK, APAC \& ASEAN Regions)
- Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to
completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers
engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
- Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills,
ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
- Strong critical thinking skills
Good-to-Have •Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
requirements
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Understanding the process, ensuring efficient incident resolution and maintaining customer
satisfaction by monitoring performance, balancing workloads, acting as an escalation point,
and fostering a positive customer service culture
2 Playing end to end QC roles and Training other members on end to end process controls
3 Serves as the primary liaison between the teams and the customers
4 Provides or resolves risks, issues and decisions escalated to their level
5 Preparation of monthly SLA metrics, dashboards and other required reporting
Payroll Tool Skill ADP Celegro Tool knowledge is a must**
