Director of Product

A growing SaaS technology company is seeking a

Director of Product

to lead its Product and Design teams during an exciting stage of growth. This is a highly hands-on leadership role for a product leader who enjoys being close to the work while guiding teams to deliver meaningful value for customers. This role will play a key part in shaping product direction, scaling product execution, and strengthening the connection between customer insights, product strategy, and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Managers and Product Designers in building and evolving the company’s SaaS platform
• Drive adoption and product usage through strong discovery, experimentation, and iteration
• Establish and refine processes for achieving and scaling product-market fit
• Guide product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature development based on customer insights and data
• Identify new product opportunities and emerging technologies that can enhance the platform
• Encourage a customer-centric mindset across the product and design teams
• Communicate product strategy, milestones, and trade-offs across the organization
• Support successful product launches and ensure clear product positioning and messaging
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
• Analyze product usage and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 8\+ years of Product Management experience within

B2B SaaS environments

• Track record of

product-market fit in a startup or scale-up SaaS environment

• Proven experience

leading Product Managers and Product Designers

• Deep experience managing the

full product lifecycle

from discovery through launch and optimization

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into product decisions
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with

workflow, collaboration, travel, events, or logistics platforms

• Exposure to

AI-driven product capabilities or automation tools

• Experience building products for

distributed or global teams

Compensation: $200,000 - $240,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
