Information Technology Project Manager

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Demonstrated experience serving as a Senior IT Project Manager on complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives

· Strong IT project planning, execution, and risk management skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level updates

· Experience coordinating events, training programs, or multi-session initiatives

· Proven ability to manage metrics, performance outcomes, and adoption tracking

· Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting enterprise IT enablement, transformation, or adoption-focused programs

· Familiarity with digital productivity, AI, or employee experience platforms

· Experience working with champion networks or federated delivery models

Minimum Qualifications

· Project management certifications preferred (e.g., CAPM, CSM, PMP), with working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

· Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and enterprise project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

· Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

· Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with demonstrated executive presence

· Strong leadership and influencing capabilities, including the ability to drive alignment without direct authority

· Experience managing change initiatives and applying formal change management methodologies

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments
