Our client is seeking a hands-on

Plant Operations Manager.

to lead day-to-day HVAC manufacturing execution. The position reports directly to the site leader and plays a critical role in driving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development performance.

Your Role:

• Full responsibility for multiple shift manufacturing operations
• Lead a large production team (fabrication and assembly)
• Lean Transformation

Compensation

• Base: $150,000–$160,000
• 15% annual bonus
