Electrical Journeyman

Summary

As an Electrician working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various electrical systems. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Essential Functions \& Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify electrical system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components in electrical systems, such as switches, wiring, fuse boxes, and generators.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical system problems on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.
• Sales of all electrical products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician or in a related field.
• Wireman or Tradesman License.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Strong sales acumen.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
