Elementary Teacher - Primary

Henderson Elementary, a 27J School in Henderson, CO is seeking a primary teacher to inspire student love and ownership of learning. This is a full-time, or 1\.0 FTE position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative primary teacher to join our Title I team. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about building strong foundations in literacy, math, and social-emotional learning while supporting students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Required Qualifications

• A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License/Authorization.
• Meet Colorado Department of Education "In Field" endorsement or qualifications requirements for the posted subject area.
• The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
• The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team.
• The ability and interest to learn continuously and to adapt to changing circumstances (student characteristics, curriculum, and so on).
• A belief in empowering all children as owners of their learning.
