At Crestbell Support Pvt Ltd, we help businesses grow through smart digital outreach and marketing technology. We're scaling fast and looking for a sharp Email \& Digital Content Marketing Specialist who understands the B2B landscape and can drive real pipeline through email and content.

The Opportunity

You'll be the voice behind our entire digital presence — from bulk email campaigns to social media content — targeting C-suite, IT decision-makers, and Healthcare professionals across global markets. This isn't a generic content role — we want someone who understands buyer psychology, writes with precision, and treats every piece of content as a conversion tool.

What You'll Do

Email Marketing

  • Develop and execute high-volume B2B email campaigns for IT and Healthcare sectors
  • Write subject lines, body copy, and CTAs that drive opens, clicks, and responses
  • Build segmented, personalized messaging for personas like CTOs, CMOs, Hospital Administrators, and Clinic Owners
  • Monitor KPIs — open rate, CTR, bounce rate, reply rate — and optimize continuously
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content formats, and send schedules
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL standards
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, and campaign calendars at scale

Digital \& Social Media Content

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X tailored to B2B audiences
  • Write LinkedIn posts, articles, and company page content that builds authority and attracts leads
  • Develop content for landing pages, ads, whitepapers, case studies, and brochures
  • Write ad copy for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Build content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Research industry trends in IT and Healthcare to craft content that speaks directly to customer pain points
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce visually compelling content pieces

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in email marketing and digital content creation, preferably B2B
  • Strong portfolio with email copy AND social media/digital content samples
  • Proven ability to write for both IT (SaaS, software, tech services) and Healthcare (clinics, hospitals, health-tech) audiences
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability, IP reputation, and list hygiene
  • Experience with bulk email platforms.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn's content algorithm and best practices for B2B engagement
  • Excellent written English — persuasive, clear, and audience-aware
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and iterate fast
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple content streams independently

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with cold outreach or outbound email sequences
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools for social content
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Background in affiliate or performance-based marketing
