Employee Relations Specialist – up to $120k - Century City
Prestigious law firm seeks a dynamic HR professional to join its team as an
Employee Relations Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing, employee-centered environment where you’ll play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding and engagement to performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and new hire integration
- Partner with managers to support performance management, coaching, and employee development
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminations
- Support annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and oversee required training programs
- Contribute to HR programs, policies, and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is ideal
