Engineer

A growing manufacturing business in Greensburg is expanding its engineering team and is seeking an Engineer with strong 3D modelling capability to support ongoing product development and scale up work. (Team leadership opportunity depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine 3D CAD models to support engineering and product design activities
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support design-to-manufacture processes
• Support

quotation activities

, including technical input on costings and feasibility

• Engage with

customers where required

, providing technical input and supporting project discussions

• Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and modelling practices
• Support engineering projects as the business scales its product and capability base
• Depending on experience, take on leadership responsibility for a small team of up to 2 engineers

About You

• Strong experience in 3D modelling / CAD design within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, growth-focused organisation
• Ability or willingness to engage with customers and support commercial discussions (quoting, technical input)
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and keen to develop technically within a high-calibre engineering team
