Job Description
- Min. 50% of the total experience in Commissioning. Manage all aspects of pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and test runs.
- Study the project contract commissioning requirements and coordinate with project management to ensure the contract deliverables as per specifications.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans and schedules against the completion plan of construction.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage and prepare commissioning documentation, like Manuals, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Coordination with Consultant/Customer for the way forward to commissioning/PGTR/ handover to operation.
- Participate in project planning and meetings. Conduct regular interface meeting with other discipline to way forward the completion of Pre commissioning /commissioning activities.

- Assist with construction and handover phases.
- Ensure smooth and compliant commissioning process.
- Successful completion of commissioning and PGTR (Performance Guarantee Test Run).
- Strong understanding of construction \& water projects
- Proficient in project management methodologies and scheduling tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining commissioning documents/vendor MOM/internal/external reports throughout the project
- Coordination with vendors and ensure the deliverables as per package specification. Minimize the vendor visit where ever applicable.
- Sharing the lesson learnt through the pre-commissioning /commissioning feedback for Operational issues/access constrains/ optimization/ any other process constraint to respective team to take care in upcoming projects.
