3D CAD design for plastic Injection molded parts using Catia V5 R24

• Part design using constrained Sketches and Boolean operation with Inner / outer methodology
• Working in Product structure using multi-Skeleton methodology
• Part and Assembly drawings creation with GD\&T considering Tolerance stackup ,Manufacturing

process and measurement techniques.

• HVAC Part design and evaluation comply with design standards, design for manufacturing (DFM)

and design for assembly (DFA) criteria.

• Concept design as per product technical specification and justify the deviation
• Detailed planning for project execution as per milestone aligned with customer timeline and

budget

• Execute daily project meeting to ensure timely progress of activities
• Design review with suppliers
• Coordinate with Simulation and Validation team for product development
• Initial sample inspection and review the deviations with corrective actions
• Change Management and Data management in PLM
• Contribute in product DFMEA , Technical Risk analysis and Functional analysis
