JPY 4,800,000 - 15,000,000 annually

(Final compensation will be determined based on current salary, experience, and skills.)

Position Overview

This is an

open engineering position

for candidates who are interested in joining the company's engineering organization.

Based on your experience, technical strengths, and career aspirations, you will be considered for one of the currently available engineering roles across the organization.

You will work on product development initiatives that focus on delivering value to users while contributing to the growth and evolution of the company's platforms and services.

Compensation Details

• Annual Salary: JPY 4,800,000 - 15,000,000
• Monthly Salary: JPY 400,000 - 1,250,000

+ Base Salary: JPY 296,907 - 927,835

+ Fixed Overtime Allowance: JPY 103,093 - 322,165 (Includes 45 hours of overtime per month; additional overtime paid separately. Not applicable for managerial positions.)
