Engineering Division Manager – Civil Site

We are seeking a proven leader to step into a key role overseeing a growing Civil Site Engineering division. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the team, driving project execution, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support the firm’s continued growth.

Position Overview

The Engineering Division Manager will lead a team of civil engineers focused on site development and land development projects. This role blends technical oversight, team leadership, and strategic involvement—working directly with the President to guide both project delivery and the long-term direction of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of civil site engineers and designers
• Oversee the execution of land development and site design projects from concept through completion
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all project deliverables
• Collaborate closely with the President on strategy, staffing, and operational priorities
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, helping build and maintain strong relationships
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support across active projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in civil site / land development engineering
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
