is hiring a Engineering Manager in Lahore.

We’re looking for an experienced

Engineering Manager

to support and guide our engineering teams by driving progress, improving workflows, and enhancing visibility across projects. This role blends strong technical understanding with strategic oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with clarity.

Experience:

Min 10 years in IT industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress through structured tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for team, project and professional growth.
• Identify bottlenecks and delivery risks and help teams resolve them efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, designers, and external stakeholders to help define project scope, technical approach, and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve execution across multiple large-scale initiatives using engineering metrics.
• Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate progress review meetings, ensuring visibility and accountability for deliverables.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their potential application within the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced environments, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Profound understanding of secure software development lifecycles and project management best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset focused on outcomes, not just process.
