Job Description
Responsible for the construction management, schedule control, quality and safety, on-site coordination, resource coordination, and internal and external docking of US construction projects, coordinating the entire construction process management of the project, ensuring the safety, quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of the project, and ensuring project compliance, cost control, and compliance operation.
Job responsibilities
1\.Responsible for the entire process of project construction management and internal and external coordination.
2\.According to the project management objectives, prepare the overall control plan for the engineering project and be responsible for reviewing the corresponding plan.
3\.Preside over the sealing and acceptance of main materials, supervise and inspect the construction process of the project.
4\.Responsible for the safety, progress, quality, environmental protection and other management work of engineering projects.
5\.Responsible for collecting, organizing, and archiving engineering technical data for engineering projects.
6\.Coordinate various departments to solve design and technical problems discovered during the construction process.
7\.Assist the group in completing corresponding infrastructure construction tasks.
8\.Coordinate and cooperate with the project management team in charge and various departments of the company, coordinate and manage the team leader and local labor force, guide on-site implementation, supervise operation standards and construction discipline.
9\.Responsible for communicating and coordinating with the competent project construction unit, user unit, and industry regulatory department.
Job requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree and above
Experience
1\. Graduates majoring in construction engineering, civil engineering, engineering management, etc. Those who are excellent in junior college can be relaxed;
2\.Have over 10 years of construction site management experience, with at least 2 years in the US, and complete management experience in industrial projects.
Qualifications
1\. Priority will be given to those who hold the professional qualification of registered constructor in construction engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering, and the intermediate or above professional title in construction engineering.
Knowledge and skills
1\. Familiar with the construction process, construction specifications, and acceptance standards, able to independently prepare construction plans and schedules, and skillfully control the progress, quality, safety, and on-site coordination of the project;
2\. Familiar with the whole process of engineering visa, change, data acceptance and progress payment declaration;
3\. Proficient in CAD, OFFICE work software and engineering management management tools;
4\. Have basic English communication skills and be able to meet the simple external docking needs of overseas on-site;
5\. Those who understand the local construction management model, local employment and construction standards in the US are preferred.
