Engineering Manager – Custom Industrial Equipment

Our client is a well-established, family-owned manufacturer that has been designing and building custom industrial equipment for more than 50 years. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their engineering team and help shape the future of the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll work closely with executive leadership, drive product development initiatives, improve engineering processes, and help establish the long-term direction of engineering.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of mechanical and design engineers
• Drive engineering execution across custom equipment projects
• Improve engineering processes, workflows, and best practices
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams
• Support product development, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Help define engineering priorities and long-term strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical design and engineering background
• Experience with custom machinery, capital equipment, automation, material handling, packaging, or OEM manufacturing
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
