Description

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Electrical Engineers and ELV Engineers (CCTV, ACS, Data \& Networking) for projects in Kuwait, including industrial and Oil \& Gas sectors. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical knowledge along with business development and client handling capabilities to support company growth and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Engineer

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical projects and maintenance contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and industrial companies across Kuwait.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow up on inquiries, proposals, tenders, and ongoing projects.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, and project documentation.
• Support tendering activities, estimation, pricing, and project negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
• Design, supervise, and execute electrical installation and maintenance works.
• Handle electrical systems related to industrial facilities, oil rigs, drilling sites, and commercial projects.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and Kuwait regulations.

ELV Engineer (CCTV, ACS, Data \& Networking)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ELV solutions across commercial, industrial, and Oil \& Gas sectors.
• Promote ELV products and solutions to clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and company growth.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, tenders, quotations, and project opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Support estimation, system selection, and technical presentations for clients.
• Design, install, configure, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Structured Cabling, Data \& Networking, PA/BGM, and related systems.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of ELV systems.
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support during project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Kuwait, preferably in Oil \& Gas, industrial, commercial, or construction projects.
• Strong technical and sales/business development knowledge related to the respective field.
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with KOC, KNPC, EPC contractors, oil rig companies, or industrial projects.
• Existing client network within Kuwait industrial and Oil \& Gas sectors will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Kuwait regulations, safety standards, and tendering procedures.
• Knowledge of estimation, AutoCAD, and technical documentation is preferred.
