We are a growing online English education company focused on delivering high-quality, structured lessons to students in Korea. Our program emphasizes consistency, professionalism, and student engagement. We are looking for reliable, committed teachers who understand the importance of showing up prepared and on time, especially for younger learners attending early morning classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons tailored to learners’ age, level, and background
• Conduct interactive classes designed to improve speaking, listening, and comprehension skills
• Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful virtual classroom environment
• Teach online classes in multiple formats (25-, 15-, and 7-minute sessions)
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, including punctuality, preparedness, and reliability
• Follow company curriculum guidelines, policies, and teaching standards
• Complete required administrative tasks, reports, and documentation accurately and on time

Preferred Experience \& Skills

• Experience teaching ESL/ELL students using effective, student-focused strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain student engagement in an online setting
• Experience using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools
• Classroom management skills with the ability to guide student behavior positively
• Confidence in delivering clear, structured, and organized lessons
• Experience working with beginner-level students preferred
• ESL certification (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is a plus

Minimum Requirements (Strict – No Exceptions)

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (required)
• Must be a citizen of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom
• Reliable internet connection via Ethernet (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable)
• High-quality headset with microphone (no earbuds)
• Valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license)
• Dedicated, professional workspace with a clean and appropriate background
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Work Schedule (Strict – No Exceptions)

• PM Shift (KST): 18:00 – 24:00
• (U.S. EST: 05:00 – 11:00 AM)
• Minimum commitment: 4-hour block shifts, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Applicants must be able to consistently work within these hours. No exceptions or schedule adjustments will be made.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14\.00 - $15\.00 per hour
