Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Entry Level Account Manager to join our team in Alpine, Utah. This permanent position requires a proactive individual who can confidently engage with high-level executives and attorneys, making outbound calls to schedule sales appointments. The role demands a high degree of confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive and critical information related to future developments and legal cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Re-engage inactive clients through strategic outreach.
  • Conduct 30\+ outbound calls daily to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
  • Prepare and provide quotes for client casework, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming cases.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Request referrals from satisfied clients to further grow the business.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities meticulously within Salesforce.
  • Ensure all data entered into company systems is thorough, accurate, and free of errors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in weekly sales training sessions to enhance skills and meet performance goals.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional listening abilities and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills in diverse situations.
  • Ability to remain detail oriented and manage challenging customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in internet research and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Associate degree or higher is required; 2 years of account management experience is preferred.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
