Role Description

This is a full-time, remote-entry-level role for an Engineer at BICSYS. As an Entry Level Engineer, you will contribute to the development, design, and implementation of building automation and HVAC control systems. Daily tasks will involve system design, creating technical documentation, and providing technical support to clients. You will also work collaboratively with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. Hands-on training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in engineering fundamentals, system design, and CAD tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Basic understanding of building automation systems and HVAC controls
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with programming or automation systems is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry advancements
